1. Europeans brought to America diseases such as: measles, mumps, typhus, chicken pox and smallpox. Americans weren't previously exposed to any of these diseases so it led only to death. The statistics says that over 50% of the natives have died because of the Europeans arrival. But the New World had ,,a gift'' for the Old World. It was venereal syphilis. It increased very fast in whole Europe and killed many famous family members of dynastic.

2. Pigs, cows and horses imported to America were revolutionary. Pigs eat anything, they bread really quickly and they turn into bacon. Hernando de Soto brought to America 13 pigs and after 3 years there were already 700 pigs. Americans used horses to ride on them-as we do now. They helped natives to hunt buffalo which made them far richer.

3. Food brought from the New World were for example: potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, manioc and cassava (plants), chilies, beans, avocados, blueberries and peanuts.

4. Africans came to America against their will - especially to be slaves.

5. Positive consequences of the Columbian exchange:
-re-population of the new world
-better nutrition allowed the population of the Old World to grow
-it put a pressure on Eurasia which led to more coming to America
    Negative consequences of the Columbian exchange:
-it led to the horrors of Atlantic slavery
-more people have starved since the exchange began
-it devastated the population of America.

The worst things about living in Iceland  We all know that Iceland is a country of beautiful nature and breathtaking views but we may find some flaws. Iceland is an island so the transport is limited either with the food or with basic use products. You can have huge problems with ordering and buying stuff on the internet. The delivery takes a really long time and it is also really expensive! And to top it all, when picking up the package from the post, you have to pay half the price of the package, so for example when you buy some clothes for 150$ so you will have to pay 75$ to the post. Everything in Iceland is really expensive. All of your money can go just for the gaz to your car! You can realize that for example when a good pair of leggings costs 50$ in the USA (which is still expensive), in Iceland it may cost at least 100$. Today I would like to present couple of the most interesting in my opinion. The first one is Krafla . It lays in the north Iceland and it is surrounded by steaming vents boiling mud pools and bubbling hot springs which create unique views. Although the volcano is frequently active, it is a home to a coldwater lake that has a beautiful emerald color. The next volcano I find really interesting is the Oarefajokull volcano.
